Regulation of the 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Program Hercosul Alimentos

With a series of procedures and control practices, Hercosul Alimentos is certified in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and ISO 9001 (Quality System Requirements). to ensure the production and distribution of food in a safe and standardized way.Thus, Hercosul Alimentos trusts completely on the safety and quality of the food it produces and so ensures the satisfaction of its customers.

Item 1 - Initial Information

The products of Hercosul Alimentos, of the brands described in item 2 below and that contain the seal of satisfaction guaranteed, assure to the client the maximum of security and comfort in relation to their choice.In the event of dissatisfaction, the consumer may exchange the purchased product for another Hercosul Alimentos product (s) of the same value, or receive a refund of the amount paid in its purchase, provided that all the conditions and procedures described below are present.

- This program is valid only in Brazilian territory, for products included in item 2 (participating products) of this regulation, properly stored, kept in their original packaging, containing at least 75% of the weight determined on the packaging.

- It is very important to present the original invoice / tax coupon of the acquisition to benefit from this program;

- The process of gradual change of food must be performed for pets not adapted, as described in the recommendations of the packaging or the Hercosul Alimentos website;

- The exchange of the product can be requested 1 (one) time per consumer, in each period of 6 (six) months. Which will be determined through the customer's registration data.

- This program is exclusive to end non-corporate users. In case of request by Distributors, Wholesalers, Commercial Representatives, Pet Shops, Veterinary Clinics, Agricultural Stores or any other type of commercial establishment, it is mandatory to provide the data of the consumer (s) for whom it is intended.

- Exchanges for other products of the Hercosul brands will be authorized when the food claimed is not compatible with the size and age of the pet, provided that it complies with the items of this regulation.

- Participation in this Program characterizes the acceptance by the participant of all the terms and conditions described in this Regulation.

Item 2 - Participating Brands of the Satisfaction Guaranteed Program.

- Biofresh Super Premium - Complete Food for dogs and cats
- Three Dogs Premium Special - Complete Dry Food, Moist and STICKS
- Three Cats Premium Special - Dry and Moist Complete Foods
- Adore Premium Dogs - Complete Food
- Adore Premium Cats - Complete Food

Item 3 - Product exchange or cashback options:

Item 3.1 - Product exchange option: The exchange of a product that meets the conditions mentioned in this regulation may be carried out by another of the same line or other products that compose the Hercosul Alimentos portfolio, up to the limit of the price paid by the consumer in the product to be exchanged.

The consumer should contact the Hercosul Alimentos Customer Service (SAC) , by phone 0800 888 3393, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:45 p.m., or via e-mail sac@hercosulalimentos.com.br, website www.hercosulalimentos.com.br/en/sac or social networks.Required information: residential address; CPF (individual registration); date of manufacture and batch of the product, contained in the packaging. The consumer will receive, in this first contact, a service protocol number that will be used to follow the process.

Once the compliance with the requirements of these Regulations has been confirmed, it will be informed that the protocol proceeds and the exchange for other products in the same value of the claimed product will be authorized.

The exchange will be made, preferably, through the store where the product was purchased, by returning at least 75% of the food in the original packaging and by submitting the authorization protocol number provided by the SAC.
It is the responsibility of the Customer Service to verify the exchange of the product and consumer satisfaction.

Item 3.2 - Cash refund: If the consumer prefers, they can receive a refund of the amount paid for the product back as long as it meets the requirements of this Regulation.

The consumer should contact the Hercosul Alimentos Customer Service (SAC) , by phone 0800 888 3393, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:45 p.m., or via e-mail sac@hercosulalimentos.com.br, website www.hercosulalimentos.com.br/en/sac or social networks.Required information: residential address; CPF (individual registration); date of manufacture and batch of the product, contained in the packaging. The consumer will receive, in this first contact, a service protocol number that will be used to follow the process.

Having confirmed the fulfillment of the requirements of this Regulation, the protocol will be informed as proceeding and the payment of the exact amount registered in the corresponding tax note / coupon will be authorized. The refund of the amount will be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the consumer, and will only be made in the account whose CPF is the same as the registered consumer.

The deadline for making the bank deposit will be up to 5 (five) business days.

It is the responsibility of the SAC to investigate the occurrence of reimbursement and consumer satisfaction.
